*Technology & Inks
ArtsAdd uses Mutoh ValueJet 1604W sublimation printers that deliver consistent quality. Water-based inks are used for both indoor and outdoor imaging.
*Quality control
Each item is individually inspected in all of the production stages prior to shipping, primarily checking the sewing, print quality, positioning, as well as the item itself.
*Packaging control
Shoes are shipped in a cardboard box covered with a plastic bag.

*Order changes or cancellations may only be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
All items are made when you place your order. **For this reason, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges unless there's a defect in the item you've received.
